Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead daily operations, develop strategy, and drive profitability. You will oversee departments, manage P&L, implement process improvements, recruit and mentor managers, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree (business or related), strong financial and analytical skills, and excellent communication.
