Job Description
Febtop Markers is hiring a Real Estate Sales and Marketing Team Lead in Abuja, Nigeria (Full-time, On-site). You will drive sales growth, develop and execute sales and marketing strategies across digital, print, and outdoor channels; identify new business and partnerships; build and maintain client relationships; manage and mentor a high-performing sales team; and present reports to management. Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in real estate sales and marketing, strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and team leadership skills required.
