Job Description
ARTECH200 Nigeria Ltd seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR policy development, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (HR or related) with HR certification preferred, minimum 3 years progressive HR experience including at least 2 years in a managerial role, strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, and proven skills in policy development and organizational planning. Excellent leadership, communication, discretion, and integrity required. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Office 365 (Outlook), and HRIS tools such as Odoo is an advantage. Job type: Full-time. Pay: Up to ₦180,00/month.
