Job Description
Capsgain Solutions Limited seeks a part-time Warehouse Officer to manage receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory tracking. You will ensure accurate records, inspect incoming stock, perform daily/weekly/monthly counts and reconciliations, coordinate with logistics, maintain labeling, waybills and bin cards, report shortages or damages, and ensure all stock movements are authorized and documented. Requirements: OND/HND/BSc in a related field; 1–3 years warehouse or inventory experience (e-commerce a plus); basic inventory control and reconciliation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; ability to work with minimal supervision and be physically fit for warehouse duties. Job Type: Part-time.
