Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Relationship Manager to provide proactive, value-adding operational support to Commercial Banking clients, improving efficiency and shortening transaction times. You will support Relationship Managers with account opening, application and submission verification, customer acceptance and product systems. Location: Walter Carrington Crescent, Lagos (NG, LA). Full-time. Ref: 80440788A-001. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree; 1–2 years’ experience in customer understanding and product knowledge; professional qualification or master’s preferred. Key competencies include examining and interpreting information, documenting facts, interacting with people, and technical skills in account maintenance and verification.
