Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lounge Manager to oversee daily lounge operations, deliver exceptional guest service, supervise staff, manage inventory, enforce health and safety standards, and handle customer concerns with professionalism.
Qualifications: 3+ years in hospitality or lounge/bar management, strong leadership and communication skills, cash handling and POS experience, scheduling ability, and flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
