Job Description
Hackademia Institute seeks a full-time Program Officer to plan, coordinate, and execute educational and training programs. You will manage end-to-end program operations, develop schedules, curricula, and work plans, oversee student onboarding, communication, attendance tracking, and ongoing support, liaise with facilitators, partners, and vendors, and prepare reports. The role includes designing new programs via strategic partnerships and building relationships with organizations and institutions to support growth. Candidates should have program management experience in education or training, strong communication and administrative skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines, proficiency with Google Workspace, and a passion for youth development. Salary: ₦200,00/month.
