Job Description
The Hotel Operations Manager ensures quality standards across accommodation, food and beverage, reception, conference/banqueting and spa, delivering excellent guest experiences. This full-time leadership role reports to the General Manager, focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction and strategic property development, and requires strong people management, attention to detail, and project execution. Candidates must have at least 2 years of management experience, be able to reliably commute or relocate to Yaba, and indicate if they are in close proximity to Ikeja. Salary: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month.
