Job Description
Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited is hiring a Cook Steward. Responsible for assisting meal preparation and cooking African and intercontinental dishes, supporting the head cook, chopping, portioning, plating, maintaining food storage, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, washing dishes, managing waste, monitoring inventory, and following HACCP and sanitation standards. Must have basic cooking skills, kitchen hygiene knowledge, stamina for long periods, teamwork and communication; prior kitchen or stewarding experience preferred.
