Job Description
Lead business development to meet sales targets and drive growth. Identify and develop new clients, generate leads, gather customer intelligence, and create winning strategies by coordinating resources across headquarters and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, lead strategic negotiations, influence decision-makers, and conduct market and competitor analysis. Recruit, train, and manage the BD team regionally, applying consultative marketing principles and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance brand influence and satisfaction. Performance-based incentives. Employment: Full-time or Part-time. Compensation: ₦20,00 – ₦100,00 per month.
