Job Description
Lead Business Development efforts to achieve sales targets and growth. Create new business strategies, develop clients, collect customer data, and generate leads. Oversee winning-strategy development, coordinate headquarters and stakeholders, and manage resources for successful deals. Build and manage the BD team with training and regional oversight. Lead strategic negotiations, influence decision-makers, and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct market and competitor analysis and apply consultative marketing basics. Ensure excellent customer service to boost brand influence and satisfaction. Performance-based incentives. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time. Pay: ₦20,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month.
