Job Description
The LuxAuto seeks a full-time Customer Service and Operations Agent to manage customer communications (WhatsApp, phone, email), confirm bookings, and provide service, pricing, and policy information. You will coordinate scheduling, calendar management, vehicle/driver allocation, trip monitoring, payment confirmation and reconciliation, petty cash and invoicing, and maintain monthly booking and cash records. Administrative duties include documentation, basic web backend updates, filing, and occasional recruitment support. Location: in person. Salary: from ₦90,00/month. Strong communication, organization, and basic finance skills required.
