Job Description
Elocuencia Consulting seeks a hands-on Operations Manager for our fast-growing Nigerian bill startup in Basorun, Ibadan. You will assess operations, design and roll out internal systems and workflows, monitor KPIs, document processes, lead change management, oversee customer communications, and support team development. Minimum one year in a similar managerial/operations role with a professional reference required. Must be based in Ibadan and available for hybrid work. We value accountable leaders with strong organizational skills, clear empathetic communication, and passion for Nigeria’s fintech space.
