Job Description

Join us as a Personal Assistant supporting an executive with daily operations, calendar management, travel arrangements, correspondence, and light administrative tasks. You will organize meetings, prepare reports, handle confidential information, and coordinate errands to keep the office running smoothly. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, discretion, and proficiency with MS Office and scheduling tools. Prior PA or administrative experience and the ability to multitask under deadlines are preferred. Must be flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
