Job Description
GText Holdings seeks a professional Relationship Manager in Kaduna to manage client relationships, drive growth, and deliver excellent customer experience. Full-time position; salary ₦120,00–₦150,00/month. Requirements: 2–5 years in relationship management, client service, or sales; strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; target-driven with retention and upselling experience; professional demeanor; experience in banking, real estate, FMCG, or services is a plus. Responsibilities: serve as primary client contact, identify client needs and recommend services, build long-term relationships, drive repeat business and referrals, resolve complaints, and prepare client reports. Candidates must be based in Kaduna or willing to work there.
