Job Description
We are hiring an Administration Officer to manage day-to-day office operations and support our teams.
Main duties include managing correspondence and schedules, maintaining records and filing systems, coordinating meetings, ordering supplies, processing invoices, supporting HR tasks, and ensuring office compliance.
Requirements: associate degree or equivalent; 1–2 years of administrative experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and work independently.
