Job Description
We seek a Salon and Retail Manager to lead daily salon operations and drive retail sales. You will manage staff scheduling, training, and performance; ensure exceptional customer service; maintain inventory and visual merchandising; and meet sales and profitability targets. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in salon or retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with POS systems and inventory control. Must be organized, customer-focused, and able to analyze sales data to implement promotions and staff coaching to improve results.
