Job Description
Join First KBZ Nigeria Limited as a Customer Service Representative in Lagos. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, provide accurate product and order information, log and escalate complaints, maintain interaction records, and share feedback with internal teams. Required: strong verbal and written communication, customer-oriented attitude, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Prior customer service or administrative experience and 1 year as CSR/front desk preferred. Full-time role; reliable commute or relocation to Lagos required.
