Job Description
The Customer Service Representative at Optimistic Consult will be the primary customer contact for our busy catering and hospitality team. Responsibilities include handling inquiries and bookings via phone, email, social media and in person; processing orders within agreed turnaround times; coordinating with kitchen, service, and logistics teams; resolving complaints and special requests; and supporting event-day operations. Candidates should have OND/HND or a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years customer service experience (catering/hospitality preferred), excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking, empathy, and attention to detail.
