Job Description
The Kitchen Assistant at Optimistic Consult will support a fast-paced catering and hospitality kitchen by assisting chefs with food prep (chopping, peeling, basic cooking), maintaining hygiene, washing and storing utensils, managing stock and deliveries, portioning meals, and helping setup/cleanup during events. Candidates should hold SSCE/OND or equivalent, have basic food hygiene knowledge, be physically fit, reliable, team-oriented and willing to learn. This full-time role offers ₦150,00 net/month, HMO, and is ideal for applicants around the Maryland axis. Follow head chef instructions and report issues promptly.
