Job Description
Mode Lagos Concept is hiring an Operation Officer to oversee daily store operations, coordinate production and inventory (fabrics, sewing materials), supervise maintenance and logistics, and lead cross-department teams. You will ensure client outfits are produced to specification and delivered on time, manage budgets, control costs, and enforce staff compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years operations experience, must reside in or near Yaba, strong leadership, financial and analytical skills, fashion knowledge, tech proficiency, customer-service focus, attention to detail, adaptability, and high integrity. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₦170,00 per month.
