Job Description
The Grants, Partnerships, and Impact Manager will secure and manage funding, build strategic partnerships, and measure program outcomes. Responsibilities include researching and writing grant proposals, managing donor relationships, tracking budgets and compliance, designing monitoring & evaluation frameworks, and producing impact reports. The role requires 3–5 years of grants or partnerships experience, strong grant writing and communication skills, proficiency with budgeting and M&E tools, and a degree in nonprofit management, public policy, or a related field. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and committed to turning data into actionable insights to expand our programs.
