Job Description

Site-based in Yaba, Lagos. Full-time; salary ₦70,00/month. Must live near Surulere or within reasonable commuting distance; minimum OND; smartphone required. Supervise block production, curing, stacking, and quality control. Enforce approved mix ratios, curing schedules, and stacking by batch/status. Maintain daily digital logs with photo evidence, track rejects and recurring defects. Take ownership of block quality; strict process adherence, discipline, and attention to detail required. Performance judged on consistent block quality and documented processes.
