Job Description
We are seeking a Factory Manager to lead daily operations, production planning, and continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will manage supervisors and staff, ensure product quality and safety compliance, optimize workflows to meet KPIs, control budgets, and coordinate maintenance and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience with Lean manufacturing and OSHA standards. Leadership, data-driven decision making, and commitment to on-time delivery are essential.
