Job Description
We are seeking a Process Coordinator to optimize operational workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure consistent process adherence. You will map processes, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in operations or process management, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and MS Excel.
Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, documenting SOPs, resolving process bottlenecks, and reporting improvements to management.
