Job Description
We seek an Outsourcing Specialist to manage FTTH subcontractors for ZTE Corporation. You will be the primary contact for subcontractors, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, monitor resource allocation, track performance metrics, lead coordination meetings, consolidate evaluations, and ensure compliance with project standards. Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; proven experience managing subcontractors in FTTH or telecom projects; strong project coordination, stakeholder management, problem-solving, performance monitoring, reporting, and knowledge of outsourcing governance.
