Job Description
We are hiring a Sales and Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team, drive sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and schedule staff, manage escalations, monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and maintain CRM records. Coordinate with operations and marketing to optimize service processes and training. Requirements: 3+ years in sales or customer service leadership, strong communication and coaching skills, problem-solving mindset, target-driven, CRM and MS Office proficiency, and ability to work flexible hours.
