Job Description

Coinbox Limited seeks a Chief of Staff to manage daily retail operations (5 days/week), lead staff and support teams, supervise cleaners, upload products into systems and perform quality checks. You will ensure smooth operations, uphold high standards, and report issues proactively. Full-time, permanent role based in Lekki; candidates must reliably commute or relocate before starting. Requirements: minimum 2 years retail or managerial experience, strong organization, proactive reliability, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience with inventory systems and an undergraduate degree are preferred.
