RRequirement
Relevant experience in cleaning or a related field OND,HND,BSc.
– Good communication skills
– Leadership skills to manage a team
– Basic math skills for inventory and scheduling
– Certifications in cleaning management or health and safety (sometimes required)
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Supervise cleaning staff
– Ensure quality control
– Manage schedules and assignments
– Handle client complaints
– Order supplies
– Train new staff members
