Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying customer needs, delivering excellent customer service, developing strategies to drive sales growth, managing client relationships, and meeting sales objectives. Additional tasks include collaborating with team members, attending training sessions, and contributing to the company’s overall sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and maintain satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive results and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience or interest in Training to mentor and support teammates or clients as needed.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer needs effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in sales, particularly in the insurance or related industry, is an advantage.
