Role Overview

The Revenue Manager will oversee revenue performance across Brielle Consulting’s HR consulting, recruitment, and training services, ensuring consistent income generation and improved conversion rates.

What You Will Be Managing

Revenue streams from consulting, recruitment, and training services

Sales performance and deal conversion metrics

Revenue forecasting and optimisation

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage revenue strategies

Monitor revenue trends and performance

Improve deal value and close rates

Collaborate with sales and consulting teams

Provide revenue performance reports

Probation, Salary & Commission Structure

Commission only during probation

No salary during probation

Salary consideration begins after confirmation

Commission calculated on net revenue received

Requirements
