Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lekki

Employment Type: Full-time – Monday – Saturday

Salary: 120,00 – 150,00

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in sales to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals

Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions

Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions

Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management

Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends

Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of 1–3 years proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good time management and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage

HND/BSc in any relevant field
