Job Description: Restaurant Waitress
Position Overview
The Restaurant Waitress will provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role is open to OND holders residing in Iwo Town, Osun State or its proximity, with the benefit of full accommodation and two square meals daily. The position operates on a morning and afternoon shift schedule to support flexible restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet and seat guests warmly.
- Present menus, explain specials, and answer customer inquiries.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Food & Beverage Service
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained during service.
- Handle special requests and dietary needs courteously.
- Cash Handling & Records
- Process customer bills and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain daily sales records and report discrepancies.
- Cleanliness & Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards.
- Teamwork & Support
- Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in restocking supplies and preparing for peak service hours.

Qualifications
- Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in any discipline.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
