MBZ Technology is seeking driven and result-oriented Field Sales Representatives (B2B) to join our growing team. This role is field-based and requires frequent movement to meet prospective and existing business clients.
Role Overview
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively sourcing, engaging, and closing B2B clients through on-ground sales activities. This role comes with clear sales targets, a basic salary, and performance-based commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new B2B clients through field visits and direct engagement
- Promote and sell company products and services to businesses
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback
- Represent the company professionally in the field
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B or field sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work in a field-based role
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and CRM tools is an advantage
