Job Description

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand based in Lekki, Lagos, curating elevated everyday wear and lifestyle experiences for the modern Nigerian consumer. Our brand blends contemporary African aesthetics with global trends, offering thoughtfully designed apparel, accessories, and curated lifestyle content that resonates with style-conscious, digitally native audiences.

They are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to join it’s creative and marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, scheduling, and analyzing engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter). You will play a key role in amplifying our brand voice, growing our online community, driving engagement, and supporting sales through strategic digital storytelling.

Location – Lekki Lagos

Mode of Work – Full time & Onsite (Not Remote)

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Curation:

Develop visually compelling and on-brand content (static posts, reels, stories, carousels, short videos) aligned with our seasonal campaigns and daily brand narrative.

Collaborate with photographers, models, stylists, and designers to produce high-quality visual assets.

Maintain a consistent aesthetic and tone of voice across all platforms.

Community Management:

Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.

Foster authentic relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.

Identify and escalate customer service issues when necessary.

Content Calendar & Scheduling:

Plan and maintain a monthly social media calendar in alignment with product launches, events, and marketing initiatives.

Use scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer) to ensure timely posting.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Track KPIs (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, CTR, conversion from social) weekly/monthly.

Provide actionable insights to optimize content strategy and improve ROI.

Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and emerging trends in fashion/lifestyle social media.

Campaign Support:

Assist in executing influencer collaborations, UGC drives, giveaways, and paid ad campaigns.

Provide real-time social coverage during brand events, pop-ups, or launches in Lekki and beyond.

Trend Monitoring:

Keep pulse on local (Nigerian) and global fashion, beauty, and lifestyle trends.

Recommend fresh content angles, challenges, sounds, or formats to stay relevant.

Qualifications & Requirements

OND/HND/BSc/MSc in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Fashion, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

3-6 years of experience managing social media for a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand (portfolio required).

Strong proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook—especially Reels and Stories.

Skilled in content creation tools: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Lightroom), or similar.

Basic understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).

Excellent written communication skills with a flair for conversational yet polished copywriting.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Passion for African fashion, street style, and contemporary Nigerian culture.

Salary Range- 200,00 – 300,00 naira

Note- Female preferably for Gender Balance
