Key Responsibilities:

Technical Consultation & Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to deeply understand the specific needs and application scenarios of customers (including owners, EPCs, design institutes, etc.).
• Provide timely and professional responses to technical inquiries from clients and the sales team regarding PV and energy storage systems.

Solution Design:

• Responsible for solution design, system configuration, and equipment selection for PV & ESS projects (residential, C&I, or utility-scale).
• Conduct system sizing calculations, energy yield simulations, shadow analysis, and preliminary economic analysis (e.g., ROI).
• Prepare system Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs) and other necessary technical drawings.

Technical Documentation:

• Draft and prepare comprehensive technical proposals, product specification comparisons, and the technical sections of tender/bid documents.
• Ensure all technical documents are accurate, professional, and up-to-date.
• Product Demonstration & Training:
• Deliver product functional demonstrations, technical presentations, and professional training to customers and partners.
• Clearly articulate the technical advantages and value proposition of the company’s products and solutions.

Market & Product Feedback:

• Gather technical information on competitors and collect potential customer requirements from the market.
• Provide market feedback to the Product and R&D teams to assist in product optimization and roadmap planning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in the PV or energy storage industry. Experience in pre-sales, system design, or project management is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth understanding of the working principles and integration of PV systems (modules, inverters, mounting) and Energy Storage Systems (batteries, BMS, PCS, EMS).
• Familiarity with solutions for different applications (e.g., on-grid, off-grid, hybrid).
• Proficiency in at least one PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong teamwork spirit and a high sense of responsibility.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English (reading and writing) to review technical documentation and standards.
