Job Description

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the General Manager (PA to G.M)

Location: Festac, Lagos

Work Schedule: Onsite (Monday–Friday), Saturday Work-From-Home

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₦100,00 during 3-month probation (₦135,00 after probation)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Department: Administration / Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the General Manager in managing daily operations, schedules, and correspondence. You will serve as the first point of coordination between the GM, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth business operations and efficient communication across all channels.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

Manage the GM’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and correspondence, ensuring smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.

Handle the GM’s phone, calls, messages, and emails, providing professional responses or escalating as needed.

Prepare reports, presentations, official documents, and other materials required for meetings or decision-making.

Serve as a point of contact between the GM, clients, partners, and internal teams, maintaining effective communication.

Support the GM’s social media presence and brand-related activities, ensuring professional representation online and offline.

Organize meetings, briefings, events, and follow-ups, ensuring action points are captured and addressed.

Anticipate the GM’s needs and provide proactive support for day-to-day operations.

Maintain records of communications, company interactions, and confidential information with discretion.

Deliver excellent client and guest service in person and virtually, handling correspondence, calls, and administrative duties professionally.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

High level of organization and attention to detail.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

At least 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.

Social media savvy and comfortable supporting high-profile individuals.

Proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Remuneration & Benefits:

₦100,00 monthly salary during probation (3 months)

₦135,00 monthly salary after confirmation
