Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Marketer to build, manage, and promote the company’s brand across all platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and driving customer engagement for our real estate services, interior design solutions, home-improvement appliances, inverter installations, and reverse osmosis (RO) systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create and manage brand campaigns for real estate projects, interior design services, appliances, inverter systems, and RO installations.
• Manage the company’s online presence across social media, website, and digital platforms.
• Create engaging marketing content (posts, captions, flyers, videos, brochures, and presentations).
• Plan and coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, open houses, and product demonstrations.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support conversions.
• Monitor brand perception and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
• Track and report on campaign performance, reach, and lead generation metrics.
• Manage relationships with vendors, influencers, and marketing partners.

Requirements and Qualifications

HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in real estate, interior design, construction, or home-improvement industries is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of branding, advertising, and customer engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
