Job Description
Job Title: Baker
Location: Lekki / Ajah Axis
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Baker with hands-on experience in bread baking to support daily production and ensure quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake different types of bread daily
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Monitor baking processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area
- Operate and care for baking equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum of NCE / OND
- Proven experience in bread baking (mandatory)
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety
- Ability to work early mornings and meet production timelines
- Must reside around Lekki / Ajah Axis
Salary: 155,00 Gross
