Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15–20 years post-qualification experience in banking or financial services.
- At least 5–10 years in senior executive management, preferably within a mortgage bank, commercial bank, or financial institution.
- Proven experience in mortgage finance, housing finance, credit management, and balance sheet management.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage banking operations and regulations
- Financial acumen and risk management expertise
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to drive growth and manage change
- High ethical standards, integrity, and sound judgment
