Job Description
Selfiesfromthe6ix, a premier selfie museum and content creation space in Mississauga with 14 uniquely themed rooms, is seeking a results-driven Social Media Strategist to build brand awareness, drive bookings, and generate measurable revenue growth through strategic digital campaigns.
The Role
This isn’t about posting content, it’s about driving real business results. We need a strategic thinker who can transform social media engagement into revenue. You’ll own our social presence, developing campaigns that increase visibility, attract customers, and convert followers into paying guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook optimized for conversions and brand awareness
- Create and manage campaigns that drive bookings for photo sessions, events, birthday packages, and popup shop rentals
- Run targeted paid advertising to reach local GTA audiences and tourists
- Build influencer partnerships and user-generated content programs that expand reach organically
- Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
- Conduct competitor analysis and A/B testing to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness
- Manage community engagement and maintain positive brand reputation
- Provide monthly reports with clear insights and revenue attribution
What You Bring
Experience & Skills
- Proven track record developing social strategies that generate measurable business results
- Experience running successful paid social campaigns with clear ROI
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience targeting, and conversion funnels
- Knowledge of experiential marketing, events, or hospitality sectors preferred
