Job Description
Ubacle Group is looking for a high-caliber Business Manager to oversee daily operations and drive long-term business sustainability. You will be responsible for streamlining internal processes, managing departmental budgets, and ensuring that all business units are aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives on data, operational excellence, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Direct the daily activities of the business, ensuring all departments (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance) meet their KPIs.
- Strategic Planning: Assist the Executive team in developing and implementing growth strategies and five-year business plans.
- Process Optimization: Audit existing workflows and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Performance Management: Lead and mentor team heads, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or a senior corporate role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data, financial reports, and market trends.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing diverse teams and leading cross-functional projects.
