Job Description

Job Title: Stock Receiving Officer

Location: Ikoyi – Lagos

Salary: ₦120,00 per month

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:

W are seeking a Stock Receiving Officer for our Ikoyi branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accurate receipt, verification, and documentation of all goods delivered to the store. This role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and previous experience in a supermarket or retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming stock and supplies.
• Ensure all goods received match purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
• Collaborate with the inventory and warehouse teams for proper storage and stock rotation.
• Ensure a clean and organized receiving area.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in stock receiving or inventory management (preferably in a supermarket or retail setting).
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Integrity and attention to detail.
