Job Summary
We are seeking a polite, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain visitor records and issue passes where required
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support to staff
- Handle inquiries and complaints professionally
- Support HR or management with basic documentation tasks when required
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
