Job Description
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize room occupancy, events, and F&B revenue
- Identify and secure corporate, group, and high-net-worth clients
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Marketing & Brand Management
- Lead all marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel’s premium brand image
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, PR, and promotional campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with agencies and media partners where necessary
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and travel agents
- Ensure excellent client experience and repeat business
- Represent the hotel at networking and industry events
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor the Sales and Marketing team
- Set targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Track KPIs and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in hotel sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong network within the hospitality, corporate, and events space
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong digital marketing and CRM knowledge
