Job Description

Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize room occupancy, events, and F&B revenue
  • Identify and secure corporate, group, and high-net-worth clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Lead all marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel’s premium brand image
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, PR, and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with agencies and media partners where necessary

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and travel agents
  • Ensure excellent client experience and repeat business
  • Represent the hotel at networking and industry events

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor the Sales and Marketing team
  • Set targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Track KPIs and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in hotel sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong network within the hospitality, corporate, and events space
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong digital marketing and CRM knowledge

Pay: ₦400,00.00 – ₦600,00.00 per month
