Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to proactively reach out to prospective clients and convert leads into enrolled customers. This role focuses on outbound and inbound sales, relationship building, and guiding potential clients through the enrollment process for our tutoring and academic services. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, organized, and comfortable communicating with parents, students, and education decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and leads Educate potential clients on Excellentspirittutor’s services, programs, and pricing Identify client needs and recommend appropriate tutoring solutions Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline Close sales and assist clients with the signup and onboarding process Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and conversions in the CRM Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Collaborate with the operations and tutoring teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client outreach (education or service-based sales preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections Goal-oriented with a strong drive to close deals Excellent time management and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and remotely Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, or similar systems is a plus What We Offer Competitive commission structure with performance incentives Flexible work schedule Remote work opportunities Training and ongoing support Opportunity for growth into senior sales or leadership roles Meaningful work helping students and families succeed academically
