Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be a public-facing voice of the company across videos, reels, and brand content
- Own content strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital platforms
- Create compelling copy, captions, hooks, scripts, and CTAs
- Lead creative direction for posts, videos, and campaigns
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and leadership
- Maintain brand voice, clarity, and consistency
- Engage and grow our community intentionally
- Track performance and improve content based on insights
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Confident on camera and comfortable representing a brand
- Strong writer and storyteller
- Understands digital culture, trends, and audience psychology
- Strategic thinker with creative execution skills
- Experience in content, branding, media, or communications
- Bonus: Experience with real estate, lifestyle, or investment content
