Role Overview

We are hiring B2C Sales Associate who is confident, proactive, and results-driven. This role is ideal for individuals who can follow up on leads, generate their own opportunities, and consistently convert prospects into paying customers.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling OnIt’s services directly to households and individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new customer leads through direct outreach, referrals, and field engagement
  • Follow up on inbound leads from WhatsApp, ads, and online inquiries
  • Convert prospects into paying customers
  • Promote repeat usage and upsell relevant services
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support activations
  • Meet assigned sales targets and submit regular performance reports

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in sales, customer acquisition, or direct marketing
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident, disciplined, and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and follow defined sales processes
  • Basic familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and digital tools

Compensation

  • Base Pay: ₦60,00 monthly
  • Commission on sales
  • Performance-based bonus incentives

Probation Clause

This role is subject to a probationary period of 60–90 days.

During probation, performance will be assessed based on:

  • Sales activity and lead follow-up discipline
  • Conversion rate and revenue contribution
  • Adherence to OnIt’s sales processes and reporting structure
  • Professional conduct and teamwork

Confirmation of employment is dependent on meeting agreed performance and conduct expectations during the probation period.
