Role Overview

We are seeking a B2B Sales Associate to drive business partnerships, corporate sales, and long-term client relationships. This role is suited for individuals who can prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close structured service agreements with businesses, estates, and organizations.

The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and able to manage longer sales cycles while consistently delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business clients (SMEs, estates, organizations, and corporate accounts)
  • Pitch OnIt’s service offerings to decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Convert prospects into signed service agreements and active clients
  • Manage client relationships and ensure account retention
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client communications
  • Submit regular sales activity and performance reports
  • Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage longer sales cycles and close value-based deals
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Comfortable with field work, follow-ups, and client meetings
  • Basic proficiency with Google Sheets, email, and CRM tools

Compensation

  • Base Pay: ₦100,00 monthly
  • Commission on closed deals
  • Performance-based bonus incentives

(Earnings are performance- and revenue-dependent.)

Probation Clause

This role is subject to a probationary period of 60–90 days.

During probation, performance will be assessed based on:

  • Lead generation and prospecting activity
  • Quality of pitches and client engagement
  • Deals initiated and/or closed
  • Adherence to sales process and reporting requirements

Confirmation of employment is dependent on meeting agreed performance and conduct expectations during this period.
