Lagos Liaison & Sales Officer

Job Summary
Frangipani Group is seeking a smart, confident, and customer-focused Lagos-based professional to manage our Victoria Island Liaison Office and support sales across our training, real estate, construction, and manufacturing divisions.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys client interaction, follow-ups, and closing deals, and who wants to grow with a fast-expanding multi-industry organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Victoria Island liaison office and attend to walk-in clients
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and client follow-ups
- Convert enquiries for FCBS training programs
- Assist with coordination of Lagos training sessions
- Represent the company in Lagos meetings when required
- Maintain basic office records and weekly reports
- Support enquiries for real estate, construction, and PaniCrete® products
Requirements
- HND, or BSc in any discipline
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident, well-spoken, and presentable
- Sales-oriented mindset with good follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must reside on or close to Lagos Island (VI, Lekki, Ikate, Oniru, Ikoyi preferred)
- Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp, email, Google Docs/Sheets)
Compensation & Benefits
- ₦100,00 monthly salary
- ₦5,00 commission per FCBS student registered
- Bonuses on real estate, construction, and product sales
